The BioConvergence Executive Track by 8400 is an enhanced program designed to train and support the next generation of Israeli BioConvergence leaders. It is built for current and future C-level executives, founders, and other senior professionals from both deeptech and non-deeptech backgrounds who are looking to transition into this fast-growing sector. The program is operated with the support of a grant from the Israel Innovation Authority, and is part of a national effort to develop leadership capacity in the BioConvergence ecosystem.

Target Audience
Experienced executives and senior leaders from the fields of BioConvergence, HealthTech, Biotech, or Engineering, as well as former CEOs and accomplished professionals from other industries who are looking to transition into BioConvergence and lead ventures in this emerging field.
While most participants will have 5+ years of professional experience, we also welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential or entrepreneurial drive.
