Turn opportunities into action. Identify needs and opportunities emerging from the Network and translate them into initiatives, collaborations, partnerships and other forms of impact.
Lead the impact programmes of 8400. Manage and orchestrate the programmes for feasible value creation and meet the specific KPI’s of each programme.

Experience in engagement, business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, ecosystem development, strategy or a related field.
Experience creating initiatives, forums, events or other experiences around a clear purpose.
The ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior professionals as a peer and trusted partner.
Excellent Hebrew and English.
Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech or another relevant part of the Israeli healthcare ecosystem.
An established network of senior leaders across healthcare, technology, business or investment.
Experience with executive networks, professional communities or membership organizations.
The compensation reflects the salary levels typically offered within the non-profit and NGO sector.
