Since July 2017, 8400 has been weaving a zero-gap network of HealthTech leaders across ecosystem functions (Business, Gov, Academia, Healthcare organizations, etc.). With a purposeful focus on diversity and inclusion as preconditions for economic growth, the powerful network we have pioneered is globally connected and shares a common language across the public and private sectors.
Harnessing the exponential power of networks, 8400 acts according to this premise: IF within 8 years, 400 of Israel’s HealthTech leaders - from the industry, academia, healthcare payers & providers and government - will have gone through an intensive leadership program where they Network, Learn and Create gap-closing ecosystem growth projects, THEN we will have established an active leaders network that shares the language, values and ecosystem resources with which to build Israel as a HealthTech powerhouse while accelerating global cure. Through a government partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority, Israel National Digital Agency , Ministry of Health and JDC-Tevet, 8400 provides the incubation platform for ecosystem innovation for the people, programs and processes that realize our vision.
