The Israel Translational Research Training (iTRT) by 8400 is a unique new training and mentoring program for early-career physician-scientists and scientists in medical centers, providing them with the needed skills, know-how, and network for establishing and managing independent labs in Israel.

The program will provide participants with close mentoring by leading physician-scientists in Israel, alongside peer learning, workshops and training sessions. The program will take place in two overnight segments: 1) grant writing and funding opportunities; 2) management skills and career management as a physician-scientist in Israel, including sessions on translating your research - from bench to bedside.
