THE 8400 LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The 8400 Leadership Program is the platform for weaving the active network that is advancing the 8400 mission. To become Network members, participants must complete an intensive fellowship comprising 16 days across 8 months, in Israel and the US.

The fellowship is designed in partnership with Harvard Business School Executive Education and is part of a government joint venture, via JDC Elka and Tevet, with the Israel Innovation Authority, Digital Israel and the Ministry of Health. It brings together annual cohorts of Israeli HealthTech leaders from academia, industry, government, healthcare organizations and NGOs, to Network, Learn and Create national and infrastructural impact programs that will propel a thriving HealthTech ecosystem.

I only understood the full impact of 8400 after the Fellowship concluded, when I went back to my day-to-day life and started to envision the ways the Network could make my dreams reality.
The pieces suddenly fell into place - with meetings, visits and connections through 8400, which led to the creation of small volunteer working groups spearheading projects that the hospital system was unable to lead on its own, in full partnerships with outstanding and pivotal individuals.
